Brownies in a mug

Ingredients2 Tbsp. Butter2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder1 egg yolk1/2 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. Baking PowderPinch Salt4 Tbsp. Flour2 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips
Directions1. Melt the butter in a microwave safe mug or bowl.2. Beat in granulated sugar, brown sugar and cocoa with a fork. 3. Beat in egg, vanilla.4. Beat in baking powder, salt and flour. 5. Stir in 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips.6. Microwave for 45 seconds, add remaining 1 Tbsp chocolate chips and microwave an additional 45 seconds.

snickerdoodles

Ingredients: Day 1½ cup butter¾ cup sugar1 egg½ tsp. vanilla1 ½ cup flour½ tsp. baking soda½ tsp. cream of tartar
Directions: Day 11. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.2. Add Flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar to butter mixture and blend well. 3. Place dough in a small bowl, cover and label with your period and kitchen number.
Ingredients: Day 2¼ c. cinnamon sugar mix to roll cookies in ( ¼ c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon)
Day 2: Directions1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a pan with parchment paper. 2. Roll dough into 1 inch ball, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. 3. Place at least 2 inches apart on parchment paper covered pan. 4. Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Let cool on baking sheet for a minute, serve.
Yield: 1 dozen cookies
