Ingredients -8 oz Jumbo pasta shells1 egg, lightly beaten 8 oz. ricotta cheese ½ Tbsp. parsley ⅛ tsp. Salt ⅛ tsp. Pepper ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions - Day 1_____1. Prepare the shells according to the package directions, Do not overcook the shells, drain and cool. Place in a bag, label and refrigerate overnight. _____2. In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and ½ cup mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
