Bruschetta

Ingredients¼ c. vegetable oil1 clove garlic1 loaf french bread1 tomato, chopped1 tsp. minced cilantropinch of salt
Directions1. Mince the garlic and stir it into the oil. 2. Slice the french bread into 1” thick pieces and coat with oil. 3. Bake bread at 350 degrees until golden brown. 4. In a large bowl, stir the chopped tomato and cilantro and salt. 5. Top the baked bread with a tablespoon of the tomato mix. Serves 4

Garlic Oven Fries

Ingredients3 medium russet potatoes4 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon seasoned salt. Directions1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Wash and peel potatoes and slice lengthwise.3. Melt the butter and stir in the seasoned salt.4. Cover the potato slices in the butter mixture and place on a greased cookie sheet5. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4-6

Mini Tacos

Ingredients3 tortillas 1/2 pound cooked hamburger meat1 teaspoon taco seasoning 1 tablespoon water
Directions1. cut tortillas into quarters and bake into scoops using muffin tins2. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. 3. Mix the water and seasoning together4. Cook hamburger meat and add seasoning mix5. Scoop hamburger into baked tortillas shells 6. Top to taste (tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, beans, olives, etc.)


Pasta Salad

Ingredientspinch of salt1 ½ cup noodles½ cup shredded cheese¼ cup sliced olives¼ cup pepperoni¼ cup salad dressing
Directions1. Fill a saucepan ¾ full of water and add a pinch of salt. Heat on stove until water simmers. 2. Add noodles to simmering water and cook until al dente.3. Drain the noodles in a colander and place in a large mixing bowl. 4. Shred the cheese, chop the pepperoni, and add with the olives to the pasta salad. 5. Add salad dressing to the bowl, mix and serve. Serves 4

Pico De Gallo

Directions1. Mince the garlic and cilantro.2. Chop the tomatoes 3. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together.4. Enjoy with chipsServes 4

Skillet Potatoes

Ingredients:2 potatoes 1 clove garlic or ½ tsp of pre-minced garlic 2 Tbsp. Butter Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:1. Chop potatoes into bite size pieces2. Mince the garlic3. Place the butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes and garlic to the pan.4. Cook potatoes for 15 minutes or until browned on the edges. 5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4
