Ingredients¼ cup Butter ½ TBSP Lemon Juice¼ cup + 1 TBSP Brown Sugar¼ tsp. Cinnamon4 Bananas
Directions:In a small skillet over medium heat, add the butter and begin to melt. When the butter is 50% melted, stir in the lemon juiceWhen the butter is melted, stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon and heat until bubbly.Peel the banana and make thick slices. Place in the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes, coating with the syrp. (time depends on how thick the bananas are)Serve over ice cream or instead of syrup serve over pancakes, french toast or waffles.
