Pt England's development focus will be:
High Behavioural Engagement and High Cognitive Engagement to produce acceleration.
This will be the subject of Staff Meetings and Staff Professional Development in 2015.

13. Cluster Wide Developments
The Manaiakalani Cluster, of which Pt England is the initiating school, will move into its 8th operational year, with Manaiakalani Teams operating in the school supported by our very own Facilitators Michelle George and Helen King.
The focus is on the Integration and development of Learn, Create, Share with the 3 R's, now including implementing 1:1 ipads in all classes in Y1 - 3
The Literacy Cycle is a foundation framework for this work which will continue through 2015.
We are continuing to move ahead with completion of community wireless and increased home - school connectivity.
