The following tools are available to Portland State University investigators in their search for project sponsors:

Browse or Search Funding Opportunities


Grant Forward  GrantForward.com
Search a comprehensive database of funding opportunities, including federal, foundation and institutional sources, using keywords and categories. PSU faculty and staff members using a PSU computer or VPN can sign up and log in using their Odin e-mail account and password information.

Federal Grants  Grants.gov
Search for all available discretionary grants offered by the 26 federal grant-making agencies.

Federal Contracts (Procurements)  FedBizOpps
Use a Web-based portal to search for business opportunities with the federal government.

Private Sponsors  Foundation Directory Online 
The Foundation Center offers a keyword-searchable database of more than 98,000 foundations, corporate giving programs, and grant-making public charities in the U.S., in addition to more than 1.6 million grants. Contact a PSU Development Officer for information on obtaining access to the system.
