Spanish Club

Spanish Club is for students who are interested in expanding their understanding of the language and are interested in doing more activities than class time allows.  If a trip to a Spanish-speaking country is organized, club members will receive preference.  Activities include various “fiestas.”  The club takes care of a large Halloween/Día de los Muertos fiesta and is in charge of Sweetheart week and the Sweetheart dance. Spanish Club is open to any high school student enrolled in a Spanish class or to anyone who has taken at least one year of Spanish.  Club officers are elected each year, and meetings are held approximately once a month to plan activities.
