Future Business Leaders of America is an organization that emphasizes Career and Technical Education that helps students bridge the gap between the classroom and the business world. Membership in FBLA is open to students in grades 9 through 12 who express an interest in business or business-related fields. Meetings are held to develop and carry out various chapter goals and activities. The organization places an emphasis on community service and the development of leadership skills. The Okawville chapter actively gives back to the community by participating yearly in March of Dimes fundraising.
