Knowledge bowl is a fun, fast paced interscholastic quiz competition for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Our school fields three teams of 4-8 players answering questions about a broad variety of topics. Questions are drawn from science, history, math, music, literature, and current events. At each meet, teams compete in a written round and two oral rounds in a quiz show format. Broad knowledge and quick hands are key.

•Fill out the Activity/Athletic/med form return it to the office before the posted deadline

• Be willing to take on specialty roles with the team and work to improve in your areas.

When is the season?
• Knowledge bowl usually fits in right between basketball and track! You can participate on other sports and still do Knowledge bowl.
Who Should Join?
•EVERYONE can play. We need smarts AND smart alecks alike. Because of the nature of the questions, every type of knowledge is valuable. If you like Blooket, you'll love Knowledge Bowl!
• It’s not about being "smart" or top grades, it’s about coming together, having fun, and learning. Bring friends along, or make friends on the team.
Why should I join?
•Knowledge bowl is fun, especially if you like trivia or speed games. The game is collaborative, so you talk over the question before answering.
• Even if you are doing sports, you can still do Knowledge bowl!
• We get out of school early and travel to other schools in our league.
Parent Volunteers Needed for Home Meets
