We exist to help school site teams implement effective behavior change programs using functional assessment, ongoing monitoring and evidence-based practices to teach skills that lead students towards greater independence.

Provide a multi-tiered and multi-disciplinary system of supports that provides every student in the district with access to the most effective behavioral treatment procedures, so that each student attains their highest potential.

Everyone is capable of being a part of the school community and no one has to earn that right.
Students can be taught to overcome barriers that limit their participation in the school community.
This is not easy, if it were, it would already be done.

Create interventions are consistent with principles demonstrated in the literature.
Ensure interventions are monitored to evaluate the impact on the targeted behaviors.
Create programs where desired behaviors occur across school environments and maintain over time.
