This Google Sheets template is designed for classroom data collection, allowing educators to track up to six academic goals. Measurement criteria, such as percentage of accuracy and consecutive correct trials, can be entered on the Goals and Progress tab. The Data tab provides a space to input probe data, and the graphs will automatically update as new data is entered. This template offers a straightforward way to monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data.
This spreadsheet is designed to assist in monitoring and tracking the development of Preschool Life Skills (PLS) in students. It comprises three main tabs, each serving a specific function:
Student Performance Tracking (First Tab):
Purpose: This sheet is used to record how many times a student attempts a task and whether they complete it independently or require prompting.
Structure: The sheet includes columns for each skill within the Preschool Life Skills curriculum. For each skill, there are sections to record the number of attempts and whether the skill was completed independently or with prompts. This allows educators to monitor progress over time and identify areas where a student may need additional support.
Skill Performance Graphing (Second Tab):
Purpose: This sheet automatically generates graphs based on the data entered in the first tab.
Structure: The graphs are organized into two categories:
Group Skills Graph: Visualizes the overall performance of each group of skills (e.g., Instruction-Following, Functional Language, Tolerance, Empathy).
Individual Skill Graph: Provides a detailed view of performance on each specific skill within those groups.
Suggested Goals and Recommendations (Third Tab):
Purpose: Based on the performance data from the first tab, this sheet lists suggested goals tailored to the student's needs. The students performance on that skill is copied from the data sheet for a baseline measurement.
