Make sure that everyone is doing their part in carrying out the agreed upon behavior plan.
Carefully measure the challenging behavior(s) selected for decrease.
Measure one or more skills selected for increase.
Check to make sure everyone measures everything the same way.
Visually Analyze the collected data of both the challenging behaviors and the skills targeted for increase.
Make adjustments to the Behavior Plan as a team only after reviewing the data together.
