The purpose of the AEQ (Administrative Efficiency Questionnaire) is to offer all Member and Cooperating Institution an opportunity to exchange feedback on the administration of the exchange process. We simply ask each committee about its satisfaction with communication in the exchange administration with other committees it has partnered with.
The AEQ questions are divided into three groups: incoming, outgoing, and general comments (open-ended questions). These comments are shared with committees without anonymity, so each committee should carefully consider the feedback it provides, both positive aspects and areas that might be improved in the future.
The AEQ is launched simultaneously with the Activity Report at the end of August/beginning of September. Each Member and Cooperating Institution receives its individual report by November, provided that all Members and Cooperating Institutions submit their evaluations by the deadline.
It is obligatory to analyse the provided report and take appropriate actions to enhance the exchange administration processes.
