Global Talent Pool

The Global Talent Pool is a tool designed to actively engage students and connect them with our existing internship offers. What sets this tool apart is its unique feature, granting incoming coordinators, who have a deep understanding of employers' specific needs and preferences, now have the autonomy to handpick students for these internship placements. This personalised approach not only facilitates more precise matching but also enhances the overall effectiveness of our programme, ensuring that both students and employers find the perfect fit for their needs.

The Global Talent Pool includes all approved profiles in EP who have given consent to IAESTE to share their information within the community and currently have no active nominations. It is applicable to the unused offers and those requiring immediate nominations from employers. This tool allows you to find students based on their study field and view their availability, fields of interest, skill sets, and CVs. 

If you identify a suitable student for your offer, you can express your interest through the system, and if the student reciprocates, then you can nominate the student for that offer through EP. Keep in mind that the sending committee always has to be involved in the process.
