Reporting (Activity Report)

The Activity Report is a quantitative report of the IAESTE Exchange Programme for each year. Additionally, based on the statistics in the Activity Report, the IAESTE annual  membership fee (student fee part), is calculated. Data for the report is collected only through the Exchange Platform (EP). This process is crucial for IAESTE as it reflects the performance of our association.

In the end of August/beginning of September, the online Activity Report is made available for checking the recording statistics for the year. All countries are expected to complete this report by the end of September. It's important to note that the Activity Report is typically published by November in digital form, provided that all countries submit their statistics by the deadline. 

Every Member and Cooperating Institution should review and verify the numbers of students sent and received with other participating institutions by a given deadline to ensure the accuracy of the provided statistics. Before completing the Report, it’s recommended to review the provided Guideline. 

The Activity Report includes statistics on:

• Cooperation between the committees

• Countries exchange results vs world data

• 5 years exchange results of committees active in the current exchange year

• Exchange in regions

• Multilateral exchange between committees

• General study disciplines of students sent and received

• Internship duration

• Interns profile

• Exchange efficiency

• All year round exchange 

• Visa information

• Reports on committees performance (EER)
