This example will show you how to create a sub-selection of points in a Microseismic dataset via a cross-plot window, and a trend shape, and open it in a new map window.
This script requires the installation of the MicroseismicData and Microseismic2D plugins. In order to install these plugins, go to Tools->Plugins. This will open the plugins menu. Go to the Available Plugins tab, and find the MicroseismicData and Microseismic2D plugins in the list. Select them both, and click the Install button. This will require you to restart INTViewer.
Once the plugins are installed, you are ready to use this script.

To use this script, put your Python script in your Python directory under a directory called Contextual_Layer_Trend_Node.
