Once Conservancy members have participated in the Exploring Our Sense of Place Seminar Series, they want more!

These Alumni excursions are usually on trails that are not included in the ESP Seminar Series. Online registration is completed through an email attachment.

(Q) What is an ESP Alumni?

(A) An ESP Alumni is someone who has completed the October thru May Exploring Our Sense of Place seminar series.

ESP Alumni Hikes

You must be a current member of the SDRVC to participate.

We'll send out an announcement and place a notice here when we have more hikes planned.

Event Instructions and Description:

This hike is for the alumni of the ESP program who have a current membership to the SDRVC. To renew your membership online please visit the SDRVC website.

Please join us for an ESP Back Trails Hike in the Barnett Ranch Preserve in Ramona. Enjoy discussions about the history, plants and wildlife of the Preserve. The total hike distance will be approximately 4 miles. This will be an easy to moderate hike. Please dress in layers as the temperature will vary throughout the hike. Wear sturdy hiking shoes. Bring plenty of water and a snack for the trail. The exact location of the starting point will be sent after you register. Please leave your pets at home.

3. Download, print, and sign the hold harmless form attached to this email and give it to the hike leader.
