1 stick of butter, room temperature

1 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

2-3 tablespoons milk

blend butter, flour, salt until crumbly

Add milk slowly; mix. May not need all the milk. Should be sufficiently pliable to shape into disk

Cover in plastic wrap.

Chill 30 minutes

Roll out disk on a well-floured surface
