Bundt cake with Irish Cream

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar (Can cut down more)

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

8 tablespoon butter (Can cut down)

1/2 cup vegetable oil (Can cut down)

1/2 cup milk

4 eggs

1/2 to 3/4 cup Irish cream (or rum)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Original recipe says to mix the ingredients in the order listed above, i.e. after integrating the butter/oil, then blend in milk, then eggs, then alcohol.
