Mali curry for shrimp

saute in pan:

1 onion

oil

tomato sauce

2 spoons of ginger garlic

1 clove of garlic

3 bags of 12 oz shrimp

after simmering shrimp

1 teaspoon of each:

tumeric

corriender

cuming

red chile

simmer, the add 2 teaspoon sugar, 3 tablespoon coconut milk and 1/3 cup bell peppers. add water as needed to maintain sauce

1 cardamon pod

1 tablespoon garam masala powder (cloves, cardamon, cinnomin)

simmer 30 minutes

2 table spoons heavy whipping cream
