Join us for the Classified Job Fair on Monday, July 20, at the Legacy Campus from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. This is a premier opportunity for schools and departments to connect with qualified candidates for open classified positions. All departments with current vacancies are strongly encouraged to participate. You will have the opportunity to interview candidates on-the-spot.

Hello Leaders - We have an important FYI from your HR Compensation Team
To follow up on our Employment Reference Checking notes shared back in September, we want to make you aware of a new Professional Employment Reference Template to use when qualifying your candidates for offers.
This new form will ensure the reference process is understood and that the information collected is complete, legible and compliant. This should reduce the need for follow up and clarification emails which can significantly delay the offer process.
This new form, linked above, can also be found on our website, under “Hiring Information for Managers”. Click on the document link, Enable editing (top of page), Complete the document*, then Save (File/Save As…). You will then upload your completed document to your Candidate’s Profile/Attachments/Other Documents (References), as you have always done.
*Please note the template is set up to be completed electronically rather than being hand written.
This should now be the only form used for references. Please ensure everyone in your hiring process knows to use this form and that prior versions or unofficial formats are no longer available.
