Orchestra

The orchestra program at McClure consists of a Concert Orchestra and a Symphony Orchestra. Upon entering McClure, all sixth grade students are put in either Concert. Concert Orchestra rehearses during Period 10. When a student reaches seventh grade, he or she then becomes a member of the Symphony Orchestra. Symphony Orchestra rehearse during the school day during 2nd and 3rd quarter. Symphony Orchestra members will rehearse before school during 1st and 4th quarter.

McClure students in the Orchestra Program meet before school twice per week and during school once per week. The orchestra performs four concerts and one festival concert (Symphony Orchestra) per year. All students are able to participate in the L.T. Solo and Ensemble Festival.
