Ruvna
-Fire Drill Attendance
-Lockdown/Shelter in Place Notifications
The Ruvna app will be used to account for students, faculty, and staff during emergencies, including fire drills and lockdowns/Shelter in Place situations. Upon receiving an alert, please open the app to check in yourself and subsequently check in those around you. Additional documentation regarding procedures will be provided by DE Security.
All faculty are required to install the Ruvna app on a mobile device or iPad, or use a school-issued computer. It is essential to have a device with you at all times. If you experience issues during a fire drill, please seek assistance from nearby staff for attendance tracking. Note that during a lockdown, you will not be able to ask for help, so it’s crucial to ensure your device is functioning. If you encounter any problems, visit the Technology Department as soon as possible for assistance.
