14. GL Journal Batch

Interface

It allows you:

• to insert new GL Journal Batch (master&details&details in one json file)

• to view GL Journal Batch (master&details&details in one json file)

Prerequisites:

In order to use this API Method for PUT there must be accomplished the following requirements in SocrateCloud:

• to have an Organization active

Columns that can  be used as filters:

• Organization

• DocumentNo

Actions can be done:

• list (Master: GL Journal Batch & Details:  GL Journal & Details: GL Journal lines)

• full list (Master: GL Journal Batch & Details:  GL Journal)

• create (Master: GL Journal Batch & Details:  GL Journal & Details: GL Journal lines)

• full create (Master: GL Journal Batch & Details:  GL Journal)

• update (Master: GL Journal Batch & Details:  GL Journal & Details: GL Journal lines)

• process (Master: GL Journal Batch & Details:  GL Journal)

GL Journal Batch fields (Master&Details&Details)

A GL Journal Batch in SocrateCloud has the following structure:

• Master document (see GL Journal Batch Master) which contains data about header document:

  • Organization

  • Document No.

  • Document Date

  • Accounting Date

  • Document Type - "GL Journal Batch" as default value,

  • GL Category - "GL Journal" as default value,

  • etc.

• Document details (see GL Journal) which contains the journals with informations about:

  • Organization

  • Accounting Scheema

  • Journal No.

  • Journal Date

  • Accounting Date

  • Period

  • Posting Type - "Actual" as default value,

  • Document Type - "GL Journal" as default value,

  • GL Category - "GL Journal" as default value,

  • etc

• Accounting details (see Line) wich contains the accounting tranzactions with information about:

  • Organization

  • Line No

  • Description

  • all accounting information

  • etc

• Mandatory Parameter when updating line:
