Beginning in the fall of 2020-2021, CESA 2 Driver Education will be offered at Baraboo High School during periods 1B or 2B. This is a non-credit opportunity for students to take driver education classroom and behind-the-wheel taught by DPI-approved educators. The course consists of 30 hours of classroom, 6 hours of driving with the instructor, and 6 hours of driving observation time. Once the students complete the course they will remain in study hall for academic support.

Students need to be registered through CESA 2 driver education to be on the course roster on day 1 when the classroom begins. Once you have registered and paid for the course, please forward the registration confirmation to your school counselor so that they may place the class in your schedule.
Course Requirements
Students need to be 14 yrs 9 months old at the beginning of the classroom. The course is open to students in grades 9-12.
All classroom fees must be paid during registration
Students must be registered through CESA before the course can be placed in their class schedule.
Due to the number of students, all students may not be able to complete their driving during the B-day periods. All efforts will be made to complete as many students as possible during these periods, however, some students will need to schedule drive times outside the school day.
