It is recommended that appraisers and employees have a conference at the beginning, middle, and end of the year to discuss expectations and goals, progress and adjustments, and successes and areas for growth.
Please see the NTP/NCA Appraisal timeline (2023-2024) below for dates and details.
The 2024-2025 Central NTP/NCA Appraisal Timeline can be found here.
Additional Information
All Central-Based Non-Teaching Professionals and Non-Campus Administrators will be evaluated annually by their central office supervisor.
Employees hired late, on or before March 1, 2024, will have an appraisal and proceed with appraisal timeline expectations.
New employees with a hire date of March 2, 2024 or after, will not have an appraisal for the year.
For in-district transfers, an employee who transfers from one campus/department to another will need an appraisal completed by their former supervisor if the transfer date is on or after March 1, 2024. If before March 1, the new supervisor will complete the appraisal.
Appraisers should be those who have supervisory rights to professionally evaluate campus staff.
