Leaving_District

If you are leaving the district, you may KEEP your Google Account (email, sites, drive, etc.) as long as you wish to maintain it. If you do not wish to keep any of your data in Google Apps, you can choose for us to delete your account. Please indicate what you desire in the form below. We MUST have this information before you leave the district!
