For ALL Computer Maintenance Requests, we must have your computer name before we can help you. If you don't know your computer name...here is how to find it.
Open System by clicking the Start button.
Right-click on Computer, and then click Properties
Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings, you can find your computer name, and it's full computer name if your computer is on a domain. See Graphic Below.
