OBJECTIVE

Student will recreate the assigned spreadsheet.

ASSIGNMENT

(This assignment does not call for perfect fidelity to the original.
You will be assessed on data entry, use of formulas/functions, and charting/graphs.)

    • Use working formulas (given) where appropriate (instructed)

    • Include in the spreadsheet file the four graphs

    • Answer all four questions

    • Modify website to include access to the product

  • Create a Google Form
    (Example: The Report web site URL Click here)

    • From your Google Drive create a simple questionnaire

    • Make the Form accessible from your website

  • Take the Mid-Term Quiz
