Database

Student will create the assigned database.

Student will engage with three core concepts/actions that relate to the basic database:

• • create a structure to capture data

  • capture data into the structure

  • ask questions of the data

Minimums for the Database Assignment:

• • Create a database using Microsoft Access with the data on SAT scores

  • Copy this file to your Google Drive

• • Answer the questions USING database tools (filters, sorting, and queries).

  • Post a link, or embed, the completed questions/answers document on your website

  • Post the database file (filename.accdb) to website

Note: You are free to use any database tool you prefer except a spreadsheet.
(Examples: Microsoft Access (preferred), OpenOffice Base (not so much), etc...)
