2 onions
4 cloves garlic
Knob ginger
Vegetable oil
Coriander roots and coriander to garn
800g Kumera
1 Carrot
1 potato
2 Apples
2 tbs tomato paste
1 tbs red curry paste
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sesame oil
1.5 litres chicken or vegetable stock
Peel and cut up all vegetables. Mix aromatics with spices and braise with some oil. then add vegetables and stock and cook for 20 minutes. Puree up and check for salt. Serve with coconut cream
