To use this method just tape your peice of paper to a hard surface. After that just make your drawing. Once you are done with that then you can just peel away the tape and a amazing border will be there.

It is always good to sketch out your drawing before you do final product. This will help you decide what you like and don't like and what you need to change which will make the final draft so much better.
