Step 1: Separate your hair into 2 sections, if you have thick hair then you might need to do 3 sections.
Step 2: Start by holding your curling iron straight up with the clasp facing forward, then clasp a small section of your hair away from your face and all the way up to the root. Hold for about 7-12 seconds depending on how thick your hair is.
Step 3: Once you have done the front pieces, if you want to switch up the direction for a more natural look then you can hold your curler with the clasp facing the opposite direction as before.
Step 4: Once you have finished a layer, spray it with hairspray so the curls hold. Once you have done that, release the top layer.
Step 5: Once you get to the front pieces on the top layer, hold the clasp for only about 5 seconds for a looser effect because the front pieces shouldn’t be as curly as the back. After you finish, spray the rest with hairspray.
Step 6: If you don’t want your curls to be ringlet-like, you can flip your hair back and forth and run your fingers through for a less textured ringlet look.
You have officially curled your hair! YAY!!!
