Mothers, our caregivers, are one of the most important people in our lives. I interviewed Brynn Smith and I asked her who her hero was. She said it was her mom. Then, I asked Brynn what one of the stories she has with her mom.
“One time, my mom and I were staying at a lake house in Idaho for her brother's wedding and our whole family were out paddle boarding right before a storm and the wind was really strong and we both grabbed onto each other's paddle boards and held on. We struggled to get back to the dock. We almost fell into the sea-weedy water, but we both got back to the dock and went back inside and watched a movie and played a board game. Even though it sounds scary, it was so fun to go through it with my mom,” said Brynn.
Scientists are beginning to uncover evidence suggesting that intelligence is inherited more from mothers than from fathers. It's also said that most mothers are more likely to be good at Geometry than any other subject, which can be pretty helpful.
In all words, mothers are some of the most important people in our lives. Mothers teach us to love and care. Mothers are people who teach how to live and give us the ability to be happy.
