I am the editor of all of the articles that are featured in the Cal Young Newspaper, whether they are from assignments earlier in the year or have been written by the current Newspaper writer. This job consists of a lot of time making suggestions for other people’s articles, but I still get the opportunity to write articles of my own and I host weekly meetings with all of the writers. This year I have learned more about how I can improve my writing, how to edit articles in a reasonably critical manner, and how to host productive staff meetings. I hope that people find that the featured articles in this edition of the CYMS Newspaper are well written and have engaging content that interests all readers.
