Industrial design rights

Industrial design rights are intellectual property rights that allow the graphic design of non-purely functional objects exclusive. Under this category, a concept patent will be considered as well.

An industrial design consists of creating a pattern or colour shape, structure or composition, or a mixture of pattern and colour in a three-dimensional form containing an aesthetic meaning. Visit now for industrial design company.

A two- or three-dimensional pattern used to manufacture a product, industrial commodity or handicraft may be an industrial design. A process for international registration exists under the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Deposit of Industrial Designs, a WIPO-administered treaty.

An applicant can file with the WIPO or a national office in a country party to the Treaty for a single foreign deposit. In as many member countries of the treaty as needed, the design would then be covered.
