Professor Xiaozhe Hu and Joanne Lin win the Disease Module Identification DREAM Challenge

Congratulations to Professor Xiaozhe Hu and Joanne Lin for winning the Disease Module Identification DREAM Challenge which launched on June 24th 2016 and closed on October 1st 2016! Dr. Hu and Lin were part of Team Tusk representing Tufts in the challenge. The challenge was an open community effort with two goals: 

1) To systematically assess module identification methods on a panel of diverse state-of-the-art genomic networks 

2) To discover new network pathways underlying complex diseases.
