Junyuan (Joanne) Lin performs at the Chinese New Year Gala

Each year the Chinese Student and Scholar Association and the Confucius Institute hold a Chinese Near Year Gala celebrating the beginning of the Lunar New Year. This year, the year of the Rooster was no exception. 

In the event, which was held this past Friday, February 17th in the Cohen Auditorium, our very own Joanne Lin performed with her band in one of the opening acts. They performed a Chinese rock song and Joanne was playing the bass guitar. Way to go Joanne!
