Give Peace a Chance

Background

John Fogerty was invited to perform at the John Lennon 75th birthday concert at Madison Square Garden in New York on December 5, 2015.  He was added to the bill just a couple of days prior. Fogerty opened the concert by performing a 3/4 complete version of "Give Peace a Chance", followed by "In My Life".  

The concert was directed by Eliot Goldberg. Marco Bresaz was the music director. Ececutive producers included Don Was, Gregg Gelfand, Greg Phillinganes and Keith Worthman. The show was hosted by Kevin Bacon.
