The Parish Map uses a Numeric grid based on Ordnance Survey grid reference numbers.

The Map depicts the whole of Hickling Parish, together with a little of the surrounding area.

(In the centre of the Parish Map is a rectangle, which shows the outline of the Village Map)

On viewing the Map. Click on the "Zoom" control to enlarge or reduce the image size. Then use the "Scroll Bars" at the bottom and side to navigate and see the map in detail.

NOTE:

To enable the viewer to see this map and allow it to load it quickly, the image has been considerably compressed from its original file size. There is a small corresponding loss of clarity in the detail, but we have retained as much as we can, so that you can still clearly discern the wonderful detail that Peter captured in his drawing.
