它的架構是三明治式的，三層 rotor 中夾著兩層 stator，每層 stator 上有 5 個 Electromagnet，每層 Stator 上有兩個 permanent Magnet。stator 上的 Electromagnet 會推動 Rotor 上的磁鐵。
當 Permanent Magnet 與 Electromagnet 面對面時，改變 Permanent Magnet 的 Polarity， 使其成為: N, N, & SS，compressing the “Magnetic Field”, rotor 就會被推開。
相對的 Permanent magnet 會被前一個 E-mag 推開，並被下一個 E-mag 吸引，因而使得rotor 旋轉。
在 E-mag 的 secondary winding 會 Generates massive AC power。在此所用到的能源只是改變 Electromagnet 的 polarity。
Permanent Magnets 及 Centrifugal force (離心力) 促使此運作；此 transformers 為 97% separate from the operation of the motor.
