Typing Club

About us:

Welcome to the official Typing Club website! At our club, we are passionate about providing our classmates with the essential skill of typing. We believe that in this day and age, typing is a critical skill that benefits individuals in various aspects of life. Improving your typing skills and speed can lead to increased productivity, job opportunities, and most importantly, more time to do the things in life you love the most (that isn't studying or work).

During our meetings, we will use multiple websites such as NitroType and MonkeyType to help our members develop their skills. These websites help both with speed and accuracy in multiple different situations of typing. Additionally, there isn't a requirement to join so no matter what your typing speed is, we will improve it. To help keep the fun in learning,  we will host multiple competitions throughout the year where there will be a multitude of prizes including gift cards! 

We hope you will show up to one of our meetings on the 3rd or 4th Tuesday of every month in the media center! There is no requirement to consistently join or any sign up as we want to keep this informal and easy to be a part of!
