Info: Model UN is a club where students model the function of the United Nations through debating world issues and devising solutions in an attempt to resolve them while in a collaborative group setting. These debates take place in committees (e.g. United Nations Economic and Financial Committee, US Senate and African Union) at our conferences that range in size and competitiveness so that both new and experienced members can enjoy themselves and be successful. Model UN is all about learning debate, public speaking and collaboration skills and applying them to use in realistic situations through which we can learn about international relations and diplomacy. There are no tryouts necessary to join our team!
