Ugo Uzo-Ojinnaka

Ugo is a sophomore at Saint Louis University majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology. She has an extensive background in psychology research working in a developmental psychology lab, where she focuses on hormonal fluctuations, their effects on emotions, and how they manifest in social relationships in female adolescents. Her primary research interests are interpersonal relationships, decision-making, and emotion regulation in the workplace. She hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and Social Neuroscience with her main goal of being a professor and researcher in academia. She is involved in academic support as a student tutor, and she loves reading, music, and thrifting.

Abigail Frank

Abigail Frank is a Junior at Saint Louis University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business Analytics. Her research background includes Psychology Research Methods and Statistics and Capstone courses at the undergraduate level. Her primary research interests are leadership development in teams and job satisfaction. She is involved in the Wilderness Adventure Club as the rock-climbing director and enjoys being outdoors and teaching people about safety and techniques in climbing. 

Skylar Kellog

Skylar Kellogg is a Junior at Saint Louis University majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. She transferred from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Fall 2023 and has an undergraduate engineering background. Her primary research interests are gender/DEI in the workplace and sexual harassment prevention in the workplace. She is involved with Student Government Association and has a passion for preventing sexual assault on campus. Skylar likes to bake, sew, play TTRPGs, and go for campus walks.
