Dulce Vega, M.S.

Dulce is pursuing her doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Dulce graduated with a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her thesis is titled, would you like to dance? A Process Model of Inclusion at Work. As a scientist-practitioner, she uses mixed methodology to evaluate diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion at work in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. As a scholar, Dulce annually presents and attends the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology and Midwestern Psychological Association conferences. Her most recent publications are below.
