Milena Clarke, B.A.

Milena Clarke is a third-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at Saint Louis University. Milena graduated from the University of Kentucky, earning her B.A. in Psychology in May 2021. Her primary research interests include equity and inclusivity at work, performance management, and the work-life balance of people of color. She enjoys her time playing tennis and basketball, shopping, late-night drives, trying new cuisine, and spending time with her friends, family, and her dog and cat, Poppy and Luna.
