Andrea Cornelius, M.S.

Andrea is a sixth-year doctoral student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program. She received her master’s degree in IO Psychology from the University of West Florida in 2017 and plans to wrap up her time at SLU in May 2024. Andrea’s main interests include adaptive performance, leadership development, and bias in selection practices. She’s held a variety of internships where she’s gained experience in culture and engagement surveys, personality assessments, diversity training, and behavior-based interviews. In her free time, she enjoys teaching psychology courses at SLU, working at a concert venue, painting, raising house plants, and spending time with her dog
