Measurement

We have developed scales to measure a variety of phenomena including Felt Stigmatization, Colorism, Oppositional Thinking, White Identification, and Racial Identity/Identification (see the Resources page for available copies). With respect to the latter, we provide a new and unique mixed methods idiographic approach to examining both racial identity and racial identification (a distinction not typically made) simultaneously (see the  Identity & Identification page)

Program Evaluation

We have provided program evaluation services for a range of For-Profit and Non-Profit organizations. We uniquely use an Organizational Development approach and tailor our methods and measures to the unique DNA of the organization. Dr. Harvey has over 25 years of program evaluation experience, including both large-scale grant writing, and "training the trainer" interventions.
