Julie Klein, M.S.

Julie is a sixth-year doctoral student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program. She graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in December 2014. She is pursuing her doctorate degree in Psychology.  Julie's primary aim is to facilitate employees and employers over their lifespans by integrating empirically derived findings that allow people to thrive in their work, whether that be in corporate, healthcare, sport, military, start-up, or non-profit settings. Julie has a passion for the field of I-O Psychology because it allows her to teach individuals how to leverage their strengths, grow and develop in their careers, and improve overall quality of life. Her specific research interests broadly involve stigma, wellness, and performance in the workplace. In her free time, Julie enjoys tasting craft beers and watching Paul Newman movies.
