Mathematics Curriculum

Prerequisite: Algebra 2A

(Full Year – 1.00 Credit) 4230 - Level 1

This course will introduce students to the major concepts and tools for collecting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data. Students will be exposed to four broad conceptual themes: exploring data; sampling and experimentation; anticipating patterns; and statistical inference. A graphing calculator (TI-83 or TI- 84) series is required for this course. Students may not earn credit for both AP Statistics (4230) and Statistics and Probability (4330).
